Data Complaints Notice

SLEvans Marketing takes the privacy of clients, website visitors and marketing contacts seriously. If you believe that your personal data has been handled incorrectly, used without your consent, or processed in a way that does not meet UK data protection requirements, you have the right to raise a complaint. In accordance with the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 this notice explains how to make a data complaint.

Please provide details of the issue and all relevant information.

Acknowledgement & time frame

Your complaint will be acknowledged without undue delay and within 30 days of receiving it. We will also keep you updated on any findings and actions taken.

Your rights

If you aren’t satisfied with the response from the investigation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s independent authority for data protection.
