Your data held is only done so as necessary and for the minimum reasonable time. Data held may include some or all of the following:

• Name
• Address
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company
• Job Tile
• Pronoun preference
• Website user information (technical data, including information about browser and operating systems)
• Information relating to compliments or complaints
• Video recordings
• Records of meetings and decisions
• Information submitted on contact form about services requested
• Service, contract and payment history

In most situations only SLEvans Marketing has access to your data. Occasionally, some data maybe shared with contractors to help our business. This is limited to only sharing data they need to do their work. This includes, but is not limited to; IT support, marketing support and accountants.

Your data is not shared or sold to any 3rd parties for marketing purposes.

If you are a current client, your data is kept for as long as you remain so.

Information from online enquiries is kept for 2 years, unless you request us to delete it before this time.

Client and supplier information is kept for up to 10 years for incoming and outgoing payments, in accordance with HMRC requirements.

Information is obtained directly from clients or from publicly available sources.

Newsletters are currently provided by Mailerlite, email marketing and automation software. Their privacy policy can be found here.
